Teaching and learning are embedded in a meaningful two-way and focused conversation. In Mathematics, all the more reason that we talk about contexts, real-life connections, and the interlinked between the concept to spark the interest to do the required practice. I particularly ask children to reflect on the patterns of their errors in order to build in accuracy once they thoroughly understand the concepts. Scores will follow without any doubt.
In all these years I have been proud to see my seen my students picking up a method to do Mathematics that helps their style of learning and know how to put their efforts to score good. Being a Mathematics Educator for 17 years and having taught across age groups helps me pin point the gap in a child's conceptual understanding and fix it to help students learn the new concepts with complete understanding.
