I go with slokas, namaskaraa Then I go with warm up exercises Cardio exercises like ( jumping Jacks, spring jumps,high jumps) Squats,side kicks, mandi jumps, Teach steps 1.first demonstrate step 2.leg movement 3.hand movement 4.combine both hands and legs movements 40 mins cover this steps In the other 20 mins we are going to cover cool down This cool down exercises will have stretches, touching your feet with your hands,butterfly exercise and breath in and breath out exercises to calm down. At last 5 hastas daily. Where they know usage of them.
