Dear learners/tutees/colleagues/friends,
I would like to say something about my profession-teaching, the methods that I use and the results that I get from experience. As to me, the learning- teaching process is enjoying oneself and enjoying with each others. I like my profession very much and want to share my skills and experience with others. I focus on the objective of the lesson and look for the best and easy method to achieve that outcome. For instance, if the lesson is about making coffee,I will not boil water, crush the coffee bean or lit a fire and do this and that rather I tell my students the right steps and help them engage in the coffee making process. I am a model facilitator who guide them to arrive at their destiny by themselves. I have high respect for learners and I believe that they have experiences of their own and can create something better if i gave them the opportunity. I usually consider my students' interest and work to support them.I want to see my students' success in my progress. Thus I usually check it and go with time.I am a trainer of teachers about the Active learning methods such as Jigsaw, Crossover, decision line and etc.I like to engage my students in a role play or presentation to improve their skills and confidence.I usually use various familiar examples for students and I take students' problem and want to work on it by doing mini action research to solve them in the offline class or online sessions. My teaching is generally accompanied with humor and activities which engage the students to achieve the lesson objective with out spending anyone's time.

    I have been a full time lecturer working as a department head and mentor of different batches.

Fee details

    Br50–200/hour (US$0.39–1.58/hour)

    For foreigner it will be in dollar,e.i 5$/hr
    For teaching Afan Oromo for local people it will be <50Birr/hr
    For religious teaching of Orthodox church doctrine for local people it is free
    For teaching Moral education specially for children at home level or online tutoring is to change their bad habits or misbehaviours( It is a kind of counseling) 200/hr
