Student oriented teaching that is holistic. I try to understand the weaknesses and strengths of different students and exploit these to help each student. Many practical examples to make students understand relevance of what they are taught. Especially in cases of mathematical calculations we will follow step by step until students gain proficiency. With several decades of teaching, I have the technics to make children feel comfortable while learning. With a greater mastry of the English language students will easily follow my lectures. Simulation packages that give students hands on approach.
