Teachers nurture natural talents and skills and prepare children for the future. As a teacher, you have to be a role model and inspire your students.
Different students may be coming from different backgrounds and as their teacher, you have the power to develop and change them. Teachers change lives and that is why teaching is one of the most important professions in the world.
Teaching is a tough job. There are certain personality traits and qualities that every student looks for in a teacher. While intimidating students may force them to do their work, being strict won't help them in the long run. Be inspired by the teachers you look up to and never stop learning and growing. I will always try to add new things to my classroom and life.
