I use zoom to conduct my online lessons. The lessons are recorded and sent to the learner so they can go back and refer when they don't understand. I give them tests from time to time to check if they really understand. I help them with their assignment and also prepare them for their tests. I use an ATP or the same yearly plan as the one they use in schools. I give them homework everytime we have a class so they can practice. I'm also available to help them with their homeworks even if it's not the days we should have lessons. I hand out previous question papers for them to do. I monitor their progress very closely and update the parent on how the learner is progressing.
