More than being a lecturer I would rather be a demonstrator to encourage students to come up with problem-solving strategies, ask questions and simulate what they’ve just learned.
As the teaching methodology is completely like a personalized education system it provides personal attention to the student & ensures that he/she develops his or her intellectual and creative talents. Also, studying in a supportive and caring environment promotes respectful student-teacher relationships and even teacher partnership with parents.

I believe a saying by Mr. Ignacio Estrada " IF A CHILD CAN'T LEARN THE WAY WE TEACH, MAYBE WE SHOULD TEACH THE WAY THEY LEARN".
