I would analyze students and adapt my teaching methodology according to them. If the student feels any topic to be tough, I would try to simplify it by using my teaching aids like powerpoint presentations, animated videos etc. After the completion of each class, I would make them self-analyze the areas they are strong and weak in the particular topic that was discussed. I feel motivating and encouraging the students will definitely make them to be interactive in class. If they are interactive, they themself can feel the progress.

I will train students to score maximum marks in biology in NEET examination. First I would make them to understand the concepts in NCERT line by line, then I have a set of MCQs chapter wise to practice them. For grade XII students, I will recap the concepts which they have studied in XI grade simultaneously with the current topics. I believe that consistent practice will make them to score perfect marks.
