I am a customer service centric person who believes that the heart of any business lies in how well the customers are served. This lies in how they were made to feel during an interaction.

I also value effective communication which forms the largest percentage of our day to day human interactions. Having studied communication and worked in customer service for close to a decade has strongly enhanced my skills in this field and also taught me the value of having a good understanding of a language.
