I've been in the teaching profession for a while now. Having attended seminars, trainings and workshops, I believe I have what it takes to impact knowledge. I use the "TEACH THE CHILD APROACH" where the teacher comes down to the level of the learner. With this, I try to carry the student(s) along. This also enables him/her to ask questions where and when necessary. The child experiences a kind of freedom and is free to participate in the learning process by asking questions or coming up with suggestions, ideas and so on. This also creates a friendly environment because when a child is afraid of a particular teacher, it would be practically impossible to impact knowledge. Hence, the teacher makes the student his friend. This way, the student won't be able to hide the areas he/she does not understand from the teacher. Class Activity is given after each lesson to enable the teacher know if he has made any progress. In addition, an assignment for further learning at home. The teacher also encourages the student to enable him do well.
