I would describe it as highly adaptable. I do not really prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students in the classroom environment. Because in my opinion, each class is different, so is each lesson, and a good teacher should always adjust their teaching to their audience, the level of discipline in the class, the difficulty of the lesson, and so on. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and delegator. So far it has been working great, so I have no reason to doubt the effectiveness of my teaching.
I am passionate about teaching and I have the ability to engage students in learning. I am patient and I understand that every student learns at their own pace. I am capable of differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all students
I have a strong understanding of the subject matter and I am able to communicate that knowledge to students in an engaging way. I can also provide real-world examples to help students understand how what they’re learning can be applied in real life.

    Working as a secondary school teacher in Air Foundation School System I gained a lot of skills like teaching, class room management. I believe in imparting knowledge and guidance to students through different practical techniques. I learned that practical approach of teaching is wonderful, that is why, i have gained knowledge in MS office, excel and internet. While teaching, i use colourful images, presentation and focus on group activities to help my students during activity time, to make my class more engaging, interesting and fun. For me every student is equal and special in their own way.
