As a teacher I assess the learners ability and tailor learning experiences that will allow the learning/ teaching objectives to be achieved.
Assessment of the learner also helps one come up with effective methodologies and instructional materials that will help the learning objectives to be achived. The learning/instructional materials are age appropriate and objective oriented. As learning progresses the instructional methods and materials are bound to change, this is because the learner grasps the content taught thus enhancing the achievement of the set teaching/learning objectives. Also tests will be administered in the course of learning process to a certain if the methodologies and resources being used are effective.
