I have 20 years of experience in Muay Thai. I have been fortunate enough to train under traditional teachers. Most people treat Muay Thai strictly as a sport, but I don't. I teach both the martial arts side of Muay Thai and the sport side. Unlike many trainers, I start each student off with the foundation and move on from there. I do my best to make sure each student understands what is being done and that they get each technique down. At the end of a session I give homework. It is up to the student to practice what they have learned. The more they practice the easier it is to move on.
