I have 10 years of teaching experience in different CBSE schools. I love to motivate my students and make learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I always aim to make my classes comfortable and give my students the opportunity to express themselves and have more talk time, so they can build confidence and get to improve their learning skills. I try to make my lessons practical, as well as personalizing them to each student.
I would describe my teaching style as coaching. Instead of offering answers to my students, I try to ask the right questions, and with the help of demonstration and group activities they should find the answers. In my opinion, the young generation lacks critical thinking and creativity. I try to help them develop these abilities, and that’s exactly why I prefer coaching to lecturing, the prevalent teaching style for this grade level.
