Great teaching and learning experience involve both the cooperation of the student and the teacher where the student is allowed to air their opinions which are open for discussion and the teacher being in charge gives the final points. Good and excellent results are guaranteed as the student gets to see where they went wrong and how to correct the mistakes. I am mostly termed a great teacher because of the proper understanding of the students and great guidance in the teaching and learning process thereby a good environment for study for both the teacher and student
