I am a native Chinese speaker, studied in Taiwan for my undergraduate studies, I have also completed my postgraduate studies in Singapore, where the medium language is English. Hence the lessons could be conducted in both languages. I am currently teaching IGCSE foreign language as Chinese. Besides that, I also teach adult Chinese as well. I wish to share Chinese culture. During the lesson, I will prepare the material and we will have the homework after the lesson. For children, we will play some games during the lesson to make sure the class is interesting. For adults, we will discuss different topics and I will add Chinese culture to our discussion. I think recognizing the Chinese character is the most important thing when learning Chinese, therefore I will always request students to do more writing during and after the lesson.
