As a teacher it's my first duty to explain elaborate the lesson with proper meanings to all difficult word asking questions from content. for grammar extra practices will be given.teacher and students should feel easy to share any problems without hesitation. for beginners brain storming should be there. activity based study helps students for easy understanding. innovative methods to introduce. a teacher should use independent method of writing which will help students to enhance themselves . students should be encouraged and appriciated for their efforts. for a hindi teacher like me what i feel is students should use correct pronounciation and that is possible only when they knows clearly about vowels and consonants. in hindi there are many types of consonants like "ushma vyanjan,Talvya vyanjan, Murdhanya vyanjan etc" which should be clearly explained. Picture study, Advertisement,essay, letter, notice, Paragraph, Story writing practice is necessary for the students every alternative day which helps them to improve their creative writing skills. Poem recitation is very necessary practice for the students to improve their learning skills and keep it up day to day.
