I've taught private lessons for over 10 years to students of different levels and interests in Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK.

I can teach in either Portuguese or English.

I specialize in modern music (Jazz, Pop, Rock, Bossa Nova, Funk, Soul, R'n'B). In addition to my teaching expertise I am also an experienced band leader, session musician and arranger

ABOUT THE LESSONS
I'm a guitar teacher with more than 10 years of experience in private tuition and with higher eduction in England and the Netherlands. Because I believe my role as a tutor is to teach my students how to learn I teach without discriminating stylistic preference. Therefore my classes are highly adaptable to my students goals and tastes, contextualizing the practical and theoretical approaches to the repertoire of choice of the student, whilst paying particular attention to the safe development of technique on the instrument.
