Hi ..I am having RCM (Revenue cycle Management ) overall 6 yrs expereience in medical billing .I have been worked three companies with mutliple specaility, E&M codes,Pathology and Radiology, collect hospital data, analyze and interpret it. we make to call insurance company to get outstanding pending claims in order to get payment. Based on claims status give insurance rep we have to work with different kind of scenario. Post rejections from insurance companies, Resubmit claims as needed for collection, Collect payments of co-pays and deductibles from patients, Obtaining Documentation for Medical Necessity
,Posting of Patient/Insurance Payments and Appeals,Communication with Physician's offices
,Verification of Claim Receipt,Verify that transactions comply with department’s policies and procedures and all applicable government and insurer regulations. Updates Accounts Receivable System and clearly documents all interactions and patient and/or insurance contacts. Contacting insurance carriers to resolve unpaid claims,At times contacting patients or facilities may be needed to obtain further information .i will be teach you entire RCM it will helpfull what we are learn based on my expereince share to you guys. please free to reach out to me.
