I am Belay Zewude from Ethiopia, and I am a lecturer who students love because of my detailed teaching and practicing with them. I also love my students, and I make them learn everything. I give them practice with different worksheets, and after that, I get an answer from them. I give them a practical example with the current state of the world. I assign grades based on student performance rather than gender, nationality, color, or other factors. I prepare myself all the time before class, then go to class and brief the previous time, then brief the next topic, and then go into detail. After that, I am asking students to ask me questions, and then I give the question raised to another student and answer it
