I use the learner centered teaching method, this method uses students' interests and strengths to create a customized learning experience. This approach revolves around the concept of active learning It places responsibility for learning on the student. I serve as a facilitator of learning. This method of instruction is highly effective in improving student academic achievement. It enables students to take ownership of learning and use their strengths and interest. I work towards meeting individual students' needs as they learn, I am a great teacher because I put students' interests into account.
