I try to engage pupils on personal basis trying to know their areas of weakness so that to help them realise their potential. I work hand in hand with them as I try to make develop creative and critical thinking. I use learner centred methods such as discussion and trying to make learning real for the learner. I give learners opportunity to express themselves freely so as to build confidence in them. My learners from where I teacher have done well the areas that I handle. They have been all round. I am a focussed and determined teacher. I always think about the welfare of the learners. I have 13 years of teaching experience.
