I'm a teacher with a few years of tutoring experience. I think it's important to create fun activities for students to practice concepts they struggle with. Students are engaged when their doing strategy based games.

When students start to recognize terms and strategies they've practised with their tutor during class time, their confidence starts to grow! Increased self-esteem is essential to keep students learning and growing.

I like working with small groups and one-on-one because it gives me an opportunity to do intervention or to challenge students that need to be pushed.
