Hiii, i am shailendra kumar Srivastava. I passed my b.tech in 2011. Soon i realised that my teaching ability is at next level. So I decided to pursue my career as a teacher. I am passionate to work as a teacher because solving problems is giving me a great pleasure. In my professional career most of my time was spent with students and i prefer to give them approach rather than solution. Solving a problem is a temporary process for a student that's why I believe in developing approaches in a student mind so that they can be self dependent when they meet a new question.
