I continuously read the mind of the student while teaching. It helps me to know the impact of my teaching on him/her and the problem in subject matter he is facing. I personally believe that teaching is an art which can be achieved after years of experience and can be carved by the response of the student. It is the assessment of the student in the school which decides that the teacher is fail or pass. Teacher is responsible for the 70% part of the result. I changes my teaching style according to my students. After a long experience I am able to understand my students. I can correctly guess that which part of the lesson can be asked by school teacher in the exams. I make the student confident in the subject matter.
