Being committed to your work is what it takes to be excellent at your profession. As a tutor I try my best to make students not just learn but understand their subjects. I've always hold the view that a student must understand his work, topics, subjects and not just consider them as a burden to get over it. My focus is always on conveying and communicating effectively with students so that they grasp the better of everything they're being taught.
