Welcome to my profile! I currently work as a corporate M&A investor with a background working in investment banking and private equity. I help students pursue careers in finance by providing recruitment consulting including CV and cover letter reviews, access to real-life technical tests and case studies from industry employers, CV and cover letter templates and Q&A and case study walk-through.

My key objective when teaching corporate finance topics is to add an industry perspective as a finance professional currently working with impact investing on a daily basis. Your professor may be able to explain you the theory much better than I can, but I can hopefully share a perspective on how things are done in practice.
