I'm working as Lecturer in English at a prestigious institution of the country and area.
I'm also performing the duties of HOD of Department of English.
I've vast experience of how to devise a good academic strategy with high academic target as well as yearly scheme of studies and lesson plans.
I apply both DM and GTM in my teaching and have ability to motivate my pupils.
I've prepared my students for almost every field of life and many are working in practical fields especially in armed forces, medical professions and others.
I always help my students in developing personality and character building.
I also motivate my students to be skillful and social as it enhances their confidence more and they build more trust in their potential and energy.
I help my students stay motivated, self esteemed and confident.
As I'm performing an additional duty in CCP ( a boarding institute) I especially help students in selecting their careers.
I also work as psychiatrist and help my students keep balance emotions and feeling, and psychologically not to underestimated and depressed.
