I believe in philosophy of education. That is to facilitate the learner. which paves a way forward the learners towards a successful learning and growth of the personality of the learner. I know that a teacher must have all round knowledge about the strengths and weaknesses of a leraner. which helps him in designing a suitable strategy for his teaching plan. Which is helpful for achieving the targets. I always seek new challenge s. I use a student freindly method. I also multipule testing techniques. Quizs and Questionnaires. My regularity and punctuality makes me a successful and popular teacher. I facilitate rather teach my pupils. I also provide extra time to complete assignments and hometasks of my students. A regular feedback both from student as well as parents makes me a trustworthy tutor.
