I love music and sports. I love the outdoors and have a great sense of humour. I pretend to be a writer too but so far have failed to impress myself. I have extensive experience in teaching english to school students and adults. Despite my age (I'm 70) I'm still physically very active. I'm very fond of movies. I grew up in an english speaking environment and consider English to be my mother tongue even more than Nepali which is my real mother tongue. I've been teaching engllish for 42 years and have loved it. Teaching, learning is fun if one truly enjoys what one is doing. Language requires communication with others and should be meaningful and gratifying. Teaching style and methodology hence need to be effective and enjoyable. After all learning takes place best when one is unaware that one is learning.
