I have over twenty years of experience as a mathematics teacher at the secondary/high school level following both UK and US curricula, including University entrance examination preparation. I offer guidance and mentoring to ensure that innovative and appropriate approaches are made available to students with specific learning needs. In particular, I ensure that those with a low skill base are not neglected and are encouraged to develop. I make sure that all pupils are actively involved in the learning process so that they are learning independently as well as collaboratively. I attempt to develop pupils’ analytical and logical reasoning, information processing, inquiry skills, and creative thinking.
