I am 100% approachable. I also have the ability to tailor make my lessons so that all my learners will benefit. Grouping approach can be used basing on the intellectual ability of the learners. Students can be motivated in a bit to foster positive attitude towards the learning of Mathematics. Students are given room to respond to questions so that evaluation will be easy. As learners participate in answering questions, the teacher will check if there is a need to clarity or otherwise. Questions can be well structured from lower order to higher order, depending on the topic. ICT can be used to reinforce the teaching of other topics. These visual teaching aids will help to boost curiosity of the learners as they provide impact on both vision and sound. Learners can be exposed to successful individuals who made it in life as a result of excelling in Mathematics. There is also need to give extension work to gifted learners. Slow learners should be assisted and given remedial work. At the same time, these tasks should be well structured to that learners will attain their academic goals.
