Hey,

I am Mrs.Mihret Yishak. Teaching isn’t just a job I do but something I’m passionate about. I’ve been taking many trainings and short courses to improve my teaching skills and to have a better technics and methodologies for my students. I enjoy making education fun and less stressful for my students. I always do pre assessments before I start working with my new students; to see where they’re at and come up with a goal for them to achieve. Based on the assessment I prepare different activities that helps them improve in the areas they’re struggling. I then use different practical methodologies to help them understand the concept so they’ll be able to work on paper activities.
