     Coordinating with internal Sales tax department for timely claims of sales tax amounts on monthly basis.
     Supervising the petty cash expense and ensuring timely recording and reimbursement of expense of small nature.
     Deals with Audit department; also responsible to complete auditing requirements in the relation of Account Payable (Local, other & assets to resolve the issues and various queries.
     Ensuring Salary processing on monthly basis and other related matters like loan against salary and final settlements.
     Ensuring proper capitalization of fixed assets and conducting monthly depreciation run.

     Coordinating with Import department and ensuring timely processing of import related items.
