I am Hafiz Noor muhammad Malik belongs to gilgit baltistan and graduate of Karakoram international university Gilgit Baltistan having experience of 10 years. I m a chemistry lecturer in a well known institution ...I used to teach classes 9th UpTo 12th....My way of teaching is inductive method which is so helpful to students in order to understand topics...Morever i always used to relate topics to daily life which gives me good results.I also used to involve students during lecture in order to make conductive environment in class .I also give tasks to students .
