From being in the software development field for more than 4 years at that time, I wanted to share my experience and knowledge acquired among the younger individuals who will be the driving force of the industry in the coming years.
To date, after 12 years, I still develop applications, provide technical support and consult individuals and businesses. In short, I still learn.
I do not promise an A in every examination. I believe that is a reflection of the students capability in grasping and understanding IT concepts. I focus more on building the student's foundation and create an environment where the student is able to understand advanced concepts and more importantly apply them in their day-to-day lives.
Each student is different and have different preferences when it comes to taking in knowledge. The ICT and IT syllabi being quite technical, I believe it is of utmost importance that I train the student to "fish" instead of providing the "fish" on a platter.
Coaching the student with theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge with real life and daily-life examples is my forte. This method of coaching and learning has proven to be highly effective with students having customized learning experiences for each one of them. Thus excelling in their lives and in turn, in their education.
