I’m an English teacher. I’ve been teaching in Malaysia for the past 10 years. I’ve found that when working with a large group of students you want to set the right tone from the onset. That means showing respect and earning respect. While I’ve always felt driven to be an educator, the joy I felt from facilitating the growth and development of the students only reaffirmed my passion. Although I’ll continue to hone my teaching skills as I work in the classroom, I believe that my enthusiasm, positive attitude, and hands-on experience working with the students will make me an excellent educator. I look forward to a career where I can help improve students language and make a difference in the lives of the kids and adults in my own community.”
