I believe that teaching should be fun for all learners. I enjoy using participatory teaching methodologies where every learner is given an opportunity to experience the learning and share their opinions as per the topic at hand. I also push for the use of ICT in lessons. I am result oriented and I make it a point to push my learners to their full potential, so as to meet the expectations. I strongly believe that there is a hero in every child, and once that hero is brought out,the learner will excel along the different strands of learning. I am a teacher with a great passion in what I do, and the desire to see my learners achieve the unexpected is what drives me every single day. Every class comes with mixed abilities and learning needs but being able to tap into the core of these abilities makes me a fantastic teacher. Education is meant to make the world a better place, irrespective of where we come from, and produce children that are confident, critical thinkers, creative, collaborative and show concern and kindness towards everyone. Being a teacher is CALLING!
