I am a public health professional with more than 12 years of experience in the health field. I have specific experience in managing large-scale health projects for eight years. I have experience in handling multi-focus intervention in Maternal, Newborn, Family planning, Immunization, and Nutrition areas. During my work, I led a large team with employees who were, directly and indirectly, reporting to me. I also have developed project proposals and budgets for the bidding of new projects as a senior management professional. I have also developed a monitoring evaluation framework for the project and developed a monitoring checklist for quality control of projects' have collaborated with national and international stakeholders for capacity enhancement and program-related activities and supported government health program implementation. I have successfully implemented a research project on Newborn Sepsis in remote districts of Bihar. I have managed three Projects in Urban and rural areas that were spread across three districts of Maharashtra in the capacity of Associate Director. My last job was with UNICEF Assam, providing necessary Techno managerial support to states and Districts for the rollout and monitoring of child health interventions in all the districts of Assam in the capacity of state child health consultant. I have worked with the health ministry in the capacity of consultant midwifery M&E with the Maternal health division for one year.

    Lead the development of the monitoring and evaluation and quality assurance framework based on the 7-steps of the framework of action for all aspects of the midwifery initiative—service delivery, infrastructure, training, coordination., by involving all stakeholders. Working in coordination with the Midwifery CCU team, GoI and other stakeholders develop standards and tools required for the same.
