I evaluate students with formal and informal methods, including quizzes and tests. I also grade in-class activities like reports, recitations and group activities. I have always believed our future depends on regular people using science in day-to-day decisions. Science is at the core of a sense of wonder for our natural world. That wonder can drive students to improve their learning skills. It can take them places they never thought they would go. I am well aware of your new technology initiative.Thanks to my strong tech background, I was able to add online quizzes easily. The students loved them. I am a psychologist so I have good listening skills, and I believe to understand the emotions and problems children face nowadays. Benefiting from this ability, I can connect with children on a very personal level, which helps me to gain their trust. Children need role models, and leaders. This is important, especially in young age, when they try to understand the world around them. Many children come from broken families, struggling to find their place in life. I would like to help them to find that place, and can’t really find a better job to follow this calling.
