I am an experienced Biology Teacher who has been working for the past 16 years in an International school. I have been teaching Biology Igcse, A levels but I also teach Global Perspectives and Research (AS level). I have a degree in Biology and a Masters in Biology for Education. My students are placed on top universities in courses like Medicine, Bioengineering, Biochemistry amongst other. Many of these students are studying abroad in Universities like Imperial, King’s College, Trinity College.
I use active learning methodologies and I like to run practical laboratorial work with students. I use differentiation strategies to stretch gifted students and to help the ones who are struggling.
I have a holistic approach to teaching and learning that values the uniqueness of each student, trying to coach them to reach their full potential.
