I am a young professor graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences. I received a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2019 at the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and in Health Science (by National Centre of Scientific Research, La Habana Cuba). I have more than 7 years of experience teaching subjects such as pharmacognosy, phytochemistry and medicinal chemistry. I have experience in research on medicinal plants, mainly in the isolation of metabolites and their biological activity. I have tutored several diploma stesis, reaching my students the maximum qualification. I have a patient character and I like that students learn.     Currently I works as professor independent. I received a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2019 at the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and in Health Science (by National Centre of Scientific Research, La Habana Cuba). I was appointed assistant professor in 2020 at the University of Oriente (Cuba). I have published over 22 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has an h-index of 6. My main research interests are 1) isolation of metabolites from medicinal plants and 2) pharmacological evaluation of plant extracts and its metabolites. I am professor in Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry and Medicinal Chemistry.
