I intend on forming a connection with the learners i tutor. I believe what makes me a great tutor is the patience i have towards learners and always looking to make the classes fun. I believe for the results to be good one has to form a genuine connection with the learners, try and understand the learner outside of academic work( understanding their center of interests). Regarding my teaching style, i always try and make the learners laugh with some comments here and there just for them to be relaxed as i believe that helps in making them interested in the work we would be embarking on.
