As a teacher I believe that all students have a capacity to learn and the teacher needs to learn that. The teacher should go to the level of the students and help them to build towards greatness in their own way.

I explain things a lot until the student understands. I employ examples and methods of teachings which would be familiar and relevant to the students' field of experience.
I try my best to connect with every student from their level, So I can understand what they need from me. The reason for this is that we as individuals are unique and different from another. Our level of comprehension is unique and different. This requires a teacher to understand that level and cater to it so that the student can achieve their best
