I always consider teaching students who are ready to learn with aim of gaining knowledge for the purpose of doing well in their academic as well as getting results which are presentable to offices when they will be in search of jobs.I too aim at encouraging less discouraged students by low performance by offering them motivational talks on one on one,either online or physically and most of them end up getting good results at the end.
