I mostly use discussion and experimentation methods in my learner friendly teaching. I do follow up by giving assignments which I latter mark, submit and discuss with my students.
My teaching is results oriented as I commit to my students and I ensure that by the end of every lesson,the learner grasps the concept and retain for future reference. I invoke all the cognitive domains of the learner during my lessons and I ensure the lesson is enjoyable to the learner.
I also suggest references to the learner so that he/she can do further reading.
