I am a competent teacher with more than 10 years of experience in teaching profession at university level particularly in human resource management; strategic management, macroeconomics; microeconomic, management and business administration make students to understand subject topics through flow chart and patterns. Teaching is my Passion and i always try to give my best.I deliver my teaching using ppt and google meet. All my teaching is enjoyable and has a unique impact to the learners.I treat all learners equally and forcus on what they are interested in attaining good and quality education. All in all I encourage awards to the learners both in class and practical and covering examinations.I set exams and mark them on time so as to prepare students during and after learning. I use new ideas in my teaching and allow learners also to d I their own research and make them attain a balance in their day to day life
