I believe in creating a positive and motivating environment for a student to be willing to learn new information. According to me, education does not always have to be burdensome, it can be made interesting with associations of theoretical concepts with realistic/ every day tasks and phenomenons. Online classes can be made interactive and constructive by efforts from both the teacher as well as the student. Every child has a different set of skills, strengths and temperament which needs to be used in ways that benefits them. Some of the abilities I possess are excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and parents, ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities, proficiency in creating engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans to meet the needs of all students.
