I incorporate both teacher-centered and student-centered approaches to make my content delivery efficient and effective. I also use different teaching aids based on the content to be delivered; Visual, audio-visual, etc. I am a competent teacher who knows how to deal with the different cognitive abilities of the students and work towards achieving the set objectives. I also ensure that students get motivated to learn and take action towards the learnt concepts. I emphasize students to take the learning process to foster personal growth and development. Just like life never stops teaching, people should also never stop learning. The impact of learning should foster students to take action rather than cramming concepts for knowledge. Remember, students should have the retentive ability to present the required information when needed.
