To be honest, I cannot really tell. I am just starting my teaching career, and haven’t had a chance yet to find my way, to understand what works best with the students at this grade level. I hope to learn something from my new colleagues, who have more experience from the classroom environment. Anyway, the basic principle I stick to is that we are in the classes for the children, and not the other way around. I won’t opt for a certain teaching style just because it is the most convenient one, such as plain lecturing, I will try my best to make things more simple and reliable for students, so that they will not face any difficulty. Most important thing is to create a friendly environment so that students without any hesitation will ask and also clear their all doubts. The things which I face I will try that my students won't face those and I will give my 100% to overcome all doubts . So that they will be able to face any situation in life without any resistance.
